Amazon.com was great. They got the TV to me in only 2-3 days (with free shipping) and the price was much lower than other vendors.
The problem is that the TV is missing parts. LG never packed the 4 screws necessary to connect the base together (exiling the TV to the box until they arrive). It was also missing the remote control and user manual. A call to LG was unsatisfactory. I was told the missing items would be sent to me in 7-10 days and they could not expedite them. LG cannot expect me to be satisfied when my baseball team is playing in the National League Championship Series and the missing parts might not arrive until the series is over. I don't see why LG cannot expedite those parts to me when it is their fault they were not included in the packaging. I'm starting to wish I bought the Sony I was looking at...
