I ordered this just before Christmas 2009, and it arrived just after the first blizzard of the winter started. It worked like a charm for clearing my driveway and sidewalks of 3-6 inches of snow. I found that with a little practice, I could clear snow about as fast as I could walk - a big improvement over self-propelled snowblowers I've tried. The ease of getting this out to use is a big plus for me.
My only significant complaint with this product is that it's impossible to direct the flow of snow. So if you are trying to not blast your next door neighbor's house, and trying to not blow snow into the wind, then you may run low on directions you can point this tool.
