The Picture is great on sd and hd content, dvd player works well! the sound is fine, I use this tv in front of my treadmill and am able to hear the movies over the ambient noise with or without using headphones no problem what so ever, again I am very close to the tv and it is on a shelf at head height. I was a bit concerned about the screen size at first but it works well in my application! I have not tried this feature yet but I feel I must make comment on it, one of the pros in my list of reasons to buy this was Amazons listing of it being able to play DIVX files off a burnt disc. Again I have not had a chance to try it out yet but from a little internet snooping have found other non professional reviews stating no luck with playing DIVX format files only music and picture files as stated in the product description!Get more detail about Toshiba 15LV505 15.6-Inch Widescreen LCD TV with Built-in DVD Player (Black).
