Received item and missing part of packing which included cord to plug in to see if TV worked. Left numerous emails with no response and ended up paying an additional $15.00 out of pocket for a new cord. Plugged TV in after receiving new cord and had a blank screen. Would not upload a DVD or go to the set up screen to view the television screen, very dissappionting. Finally was able to get a hold of a live person on Amazon and of course the item is not available at the original price that I had purchased. Ended up paying more for a USED but in excellent condition TV and will have to wait and see what the outcome will be when I receive the item.
