I bought this TV as an upgrade from a 26" LCD screen, and I have not regretted buying it at all! I was a bit skeptical to buy a 120 Hz TV since sometimes the picture frame rate can look pretty crazy, but this TV has the option to opt to 60 Hz if you so desire. The 120,000:1 contrast ratio is unbelievable, as is the picture in general. It's such a sleek, attractive design as well. The speakers on the TV are alright--I don't use them though. I use the optical digital audio out to hook it up to my sound system.
