I've had my system for more than a year. I was initially skeptical before I bought the system because of the extremely small size of the speakers. However, I discovered that the sound quality is great. The bass is deep, and midrange and treble are very clear and distinct. I actually think it sounds much better than the Bose system I have in my den. Movies look great with my Sony Bravia. Can't say much about the remote. Sony never includes decent remotes with their products. But I have a Logitech universal, so operation is a breeze. The iPod interface is great.
